Thank you for agreeing to participate in CEDA's second Big Issues survey. We want to know your views about the big issues confronting Australian business over the next 10 years.
The survey is being sent to all of CEDA's trustees: around 2000 of Australia's business, government, academic and community leaders.
Improvements to this year's survey
Taking on your feedback from last year, the 2008 survey is half as long and only takes ten minutes to complete.
A clear list of issues...and solutions
This survey will deliver a concise list of the issues Australian businesses believe are critically important over the long term.
Survey responses will be aggregated by IBISWorld to produce the Top 5 Big Issues from the 50 in the survey.
CEDA will then convene a roundtable of leading Australians to come up with clear policy solutions to the Top 5 Big Issues. The results will inform policy debate about the priorities for Australia's future.
We are also working with BRW magazine to have the survey results and roundtable outcomes covered in the July or August issue.
The results also help CEDA to plan its research agenda.
